Project Scope: 

Bryan Construction, General Contractor, and Schanel Construction, installer, were contracted to install a 13' tall Redi-Rock retaining wall on the back side of a CoDOT maintenance building in Colorado Springs, CO. Bentonite clay, which has tremendous expansive characteristics, a live surcharge, and a significant toe slope were serious issues that had to be overcome in the design of this retaining wall. Redi-Rock's large block with "The Essence of Natural Rock" look, provided the perfect solution for this project.
