Ben Manthei

With a degree in Psychology from Spring Arbor University and 30 years of project management experience from his heavy construction company, MDC Contracting, Redi-Rock International’s Managing Partner Ben Manthei has been spearheading Redi-Rock International since the company began in 2000. Ben also sits on the board of directors for four additional companies as well as two international ministry boards.

Jacob Manthei

Marketing Director

Jacob Manthei, Marketing Director of Redi-Rock International, graduated from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business with a degree in Marketing. Jacob is a partner of MDC Contracting, a heavy construction company northern Michigan, he serves on the National Precast and Concrete Association’s Retaining Wall Committee and he is on the board of directors for Beyond the Scoreboard, an organization that teaches character education through youth athletics.

Mike O'Leary

National Sales Rep

Mike O’Leary, a National Sales Rep, graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Engineering. O’Leary worked in various capacities for the heavy equipment company Caterpillar, including machine sales representative in South America, equipment salesman for Michigan Cat, and Northern Division Manager. During his 12 year period at Michigan Cat, the company grew from $68 million in sales to $451 million and became the largest Caterpillar Dealer in the United States.

Chris Bickley

National Sales Rep

Chris Bickley joined the Redi-Rock sales team in 2000. Chris has traveled the world as a professional musician, he has been a college professor, he worked in sales for 30 years, and he has spent significant time in the construction industry. Chris is an asset to the Redi-Rock team.

Ron Johnson

National Sales Rep

Ron Johnson, a National Sales Rep, joined the Redi-Rock team in 2002. Ron served as the Vice President of a real estate development firm where he oversaw the construction of a number of large developments. Ron is a seasoned veteran in the development industry and a valuable asset to the Redi-Rock team.

Kevin Loe

Customer Service / Business Development

Kevin Loe joined the Redi-Rock team on September 4th, 2007. His job is to assist in customer service, training, order management, event management and marketing. He graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Operations Management and has spent the last decade in the construction industry servicing the needs of building professionals.

George Heckendorn

Nation Account Director

George came on the Redi-Rock team in 2007. He is working with national accounts to get them interested in Redi-Rock. His valiant efforts help our dealers get more jobs.

Jack Bergmann

Professional Engineer

Jack Bergmann, Redi-Rock’s Professional Engineer received his BSCE from Michigan Technological University in Civil and Structural Engineering and his MBA from DePaul University. Jack spent more than 20 years at Abbott Laboratories in Illinois in various engineering and management capacities.

Tori Garborg

R&D Director

Tori Garborg, Redi-Rock’s Design Director, oversees Redi-Rock’s Research and Development, manufacturing, and shipping departments. Tori graduated from California Polytechnic University with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Tamara McArthur

Administrative Assistant

Tamara McArthur joined the Redi-Rock team as an Administrative Assistant in 2005. Customer service, shipping, purchasing, accounting, and helping dealers with orders keep Tamara busy. Tamara is currently working on her degree in Accounting from North Central Michigan College.

Chris Gengle

Office Manager and Bookkeeper

Chris Gengle is Redi-Rock’s Office Manager and Bookkeeper. Chris has held various accounting positions at Wells Fargo Bank and the United States Navy. Chris has been working with Redi-Rock since its beginning in 2000.

Mike Morris

Director of Image

Mike Morris, Redi-Rock’s Design Director joined Redi-Rock in February 2005. Mike graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Graphic Design and Illustration. Mike’s creative expertise is an asset to the Redi-Rock team.

Donna Martin

Administrative Assistant

Acting as “the voice of Redi-Rock,” Administrative Assistant Donna Martin answers the phones at Redi-Rock International and keeps the lines of communication open. Donna has extensive experience in the human resource field, having held positions at Waste Management and Harte-Hanks Communication.

Casey Meadows

Logistics

Casey Meadows began his career with Redi-Rock in 2002. His primary responsibility is logistics; the management of form and part shipments to Redi-Rock Dealers. Casey is a valuable member of the Redi-Rock team.

Larry Pop

R&D

Larry Pop began his career with Redi-Rock 2001 as the wheels of our R&D department. Larry has been instrumental in the development of the Redi-Rock product line and hs proven himself to be a tremendous talent.
