Today at 4:30 pm, a ribbon cutting ceremony will mark the grand opening of the Port Oliver Recreation Area near Louisville, KY! The British Board of Agrément (BBA) has granted an Agrément Certificate to Redi-Rock International for Redi-Rock Gravity Retaining Wall and Free Standing Wall Systems. The BBA’s Agrément Certificates are only awarded after a successful, comprehensive assessment involving laboratory testing, on-site evaluations and inspections of production.

The National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Retaining Wall Committee has created a technical subcommittee to help craft a guide specification for precast modular walls. Redi-Rock Engineering Sales Manager Clint Hines, P.E. was chosen for this task group and will be working on writing this spec. Once the spec is drafted it will be submitted to the Retaining Wall Committee for consideration.

The available space to build a driveway to this property was very tight. Using Redi-Rock retaining walls allowed the contractor to build tall gravity walls within the tight parameters without using geogridor encroaching on the neighboring property lines.
