The slope below this busy highway slid down into the neighborhood below, causing damage to the neighborhood and closing the roadway for months. Officials in Bellevue, WA were challenged with finding a way to repair the slope and restore the highway. Watch the video below to see why they chose Redi-Rock retaining walls as the solution!

Just days ago, a new pedestrian bridge at Foryd Harbor in Rhyl, North Wales opened up! This bridge is supported by Redi-Rock PC System walls in the Limestone texture. Redi-Rock free-standing walls also direct traffic leading up to the bridge. The local Redi-Rock manufacturer, CPM Group, did a great job on this project.

- 06.07.2011: Clint Hines elected to NPCA task group
The National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Retaining Wall Committee has created a technical subcommittee to help craft a guide specification for precast modular walls. Redi-Rock Engineering Sales Manager Clint Hines, P.E. was chosen for this task group and will be working on writing this spec. Once the spec is drafted it will be submitted to the Retaining Wall Committee for consideration.
The available space to build a driveway to this property was very tight. Using Redi-Rock retaining walls allowed the contractor to build tall gravity walls within the tight parameters without using geogridor encroaching on the neighboring property lines.
A Cobblestone gravity wall was constructed along this busy road after flooding caused serious erosion to the slope. Since a cemetery is located on the hill above the road, minimizing excavation was paramount. Check out the video now!
