Redi-Rock International Honored With Michigan 50 Companies to Watch Distinguished Alumni Award

Charlevoix, Michigan - Redi-Rock International was honored at the 14th annual Michigan Celebrates Small Business gala event on May 3, 2018 in Lansing, Michigan. Redi-Rock International president Jake Manthei accepted the "Strategically Focused Award" as a Michigan 50 Companies to Watch Distinguished Alumni. Michigan Celebrates Small Business presented the award.

"Shortly after we received the 50 Companies to Watch award in 2015, our business went through some major changes," said President Jake Manthei. The Michigan 50 Strategically Focused Award recognized Redi-Rock, a 2015 Michigan 50 Companies to Watch recipient, out of the 600 nominees because the company has strategically increased sales and continued sustainability in the ever-changing economy since their initial recognition. To be considered for the Strategically Focused alumni award, companies:

• Have increased the number of full-time equivalent W2 employees since they initially received the Michigan 50 award
• Have at least $1.25 million in annual revenue or working capital from investors or grants
• Show sales growth in terms of revenue or sales receipts numbers
• Demonstrate strategic diversification of their products and/or services
