We're looking for curious, motivated engineers to help us push the retaining wall industry forward. In a nutshell, this Civil/Geotech Staff Engineer will support engineers around the world who are designing Redi-Rock walls. They have questions, you have answers. You'll also work on developing support material like design manuals, installation guides, wall analysis software tutorials, and much more.

Proficiencies should include:
Background in retaining wall analysis and design
Fluency with AutoCAD and completed coursework in soil mechanics and retaining wall design
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
A great attitude and awesome problem solving skills
An appreciation for dry humor
Job responsibilities include:
Technical support and training
Development of design resources, technical manuals, and design guides
CAD detailing of typical construction details and other design aids
Marketing and sales support
4 year degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
