When you're looking to polish off a wall, create a barrier, or even just a place for people to park themselves, Freestanding blocks are where it's at. As extension of the Redi-Rock system or a standalone use, these suckers aren't going anywhere!
For its pull a rabbit out of a hat potential, we've dubbed this the Magic block! The Hollow-Core Freestanding block can be used for attaching a fence to the top of a wall without core drilling, creating cantilever walls, and building superior walls in water applications.
Redi-Rock® blocks are cast in molds taken from real stone, so each freestanding block features a beautiful, natural texture on 2-3 sides. Contact your local retailer to discuss color options available in your area!
Ledgestone blocks give projects a random, stacked stone look. Because they're made using architectural-grade precast concrete, the level of detail in the texture is outstanding. 115 square feet (10.5 square meters) of non-repeating texture is available.
Cobblestone blocks have a great stacked stone aesthetic. Each one-ton block features the appearance of six smaller blocks, making it a great look for projects that need a smaller-scale appearance. Up to 23 square feet (2 square meters) of non-repeating texture is available.
Limestone blocks have a natural split limestone texture that beautifully mimics real quarried stone. These large-scale block faces are perfect for commercial and residential projects or anything in between. Up to 23 square feet (2 square meters) of non-repeating texture is available.
Kingstone adds a fourth texture to the Redi-Rock aesthetic arsenal. Striking a balance between the grandiose scale of Limestone and rugged relief of Ledgestone, Kingstone appears weathered by water and time like the crown of a natural stone outcropping. With each Redi-Rock block looking like a large, quarried stone, Kingstone will transform retaining walls into castle-worthy walls.
You can find freestanding walls on projects across North America, Europe, and Asia. Why do people like them so much? Take a look at a few projects that used freestanding walls to get an idea!
"We chose Redi-Rock because the freestanding blocks allowed us to build the two-sided walls we were going for, and the textures and colors had a similar look to the sandstone we originally considered."
